Aaron Ruggles is the founder and driving force behind G.E.M. Class Recruiting, an NCAA- compliant, elite recruiting network dedicated exclusively to high school football players. Known for his strategic approach to talent identification and his unwavering commitment to NCAA compliance, Aaron has built a nationwide network that connects top-tier student-athletes with college football programs. Growing up playing football on the outskirts of Richmond, VA, Aaron received offers to continue his passion and play college football at a few local Division DIII schools. He instead took an academic ride to a larger school and then ended up transferring to Old Dominion University where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. During his time at ODU, he gained hands-on experience working with an FBS coaching staff for two years.

Cam Weeks is a NCAA compliant area scout in his second year with G.E.M. Class Recruiting. As one of the longest tenured scouts with G.E.M. Class, Coach Weeks has identified more than 500 student athletes that G.E.M. Class has helped earned a scholarship to play in college. He's one of the best at what he does.

As a Head Football Scout, Kayla specializes in identifying student-athletes with the elite potential to excel at the collegiate level. A former competitive gymnast who turned her focus to football, Kayla brings a disciplined eye to evaluating player movement, raw athleticism, and personal character. She is dedicated to supporting athletes through every phase of the recruiting process, providing the advocacy and exposure needed to bridge the gap between high school success and the next level.

Jason Wetenkamp is a Head Football Scout, residing in the Great Lakes region, for G.E.M. Class Recruiting. A former US Army Artillery soldier and military instructor - Jason took his attention to detail, passion for learning, and willingness to serve - to complete comprehensive recruiting evaluations here with us. Jason's years of personal interaction with thousands of people across the country has made him an ideal fit as a Head Football Scout here at G.E.M. Class.

Greg has been the lead of G.E.M. Class video productions for the past five years. Greg makes our athletes look the best possible at the position the play. He is one of the keys to the success of our student athletes. His film work is unlike any other.
