Aaron Ruggles is the founder and driving force behind G.E.M. Class Recruiting, an NCAA- compliant, elite recruiting network dedicated exclusively to high school football players. Known for his strategic approach to talent identification and his unwavering commitment to NCAA compliance, Aaron has built a nationwide network that connects top-tier student-athletes with college football programs. Growing up playing football on the outskirts of Richmond, VA, Aaron received offers to continue his passion and play college football at a few local Division DIII schools. He instead took an academic ride to a larger school and then ended up transferring to Old Dominion University where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. During his time at ODU, he gained hands-on experience working with an FBS coaching staff for two years.

Coach Ron Lang has coached football at multiple college levels and high schools in Texas. After going into private business, he continued helping families in recruiting. Coach Lang joined G.E.M. Class to support student-athletes and their families through the recruiting process.

Cam Weeks is a NCAA compliant area scout in his second year with G.E.M. Class Recruiting.

With over a decade of experience on the field as a player, I bring a deep understanding of the game and a sharp eye for talent. I played football for 10 years, earning multiple opportunities to compete at the collegiate level. While I ultimately pursued a successful career in the sales industry, my passion for football never left — and now, I'm channeling that passion into scouting and mentoring the next generation of athletes. My mission is simple: to help young players navigate the path I once walked — with the guidance I wish I had. I’m committed to identifying raw talent, developing potential, and connecting athletes with opportunities that match their skills and character. With a strong background in relationship-building from my sales career and firsthand football experience, I offer a unique combination of insight, drive, and mentorship.
