Aaron Ruggles is the founder and driving force behind G.E.M. Class Recruiting, an NCAA- compliant, elite recruiting network dedicated exclusively to high school football players. Known for his strategic approach to talent identification and his unwavering commitment to NCAA compliance, Aaron has built a nationwide network that connects top-tier student-athletes with college football programs. Growing up playing football on the outskirts of Richmond, VA, Aaron received offers to continue his passion and play college football at a few local Division DIII schools. He instead took an academic ride to a larger school and then ended up transferring to Old Dominion University where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. During his time at ODU, he gained hands-on experience working with an FBS coaching staff for two years.

Adrian Phelps is a Scouting Coordinator with G.E.M. Class Recruiting. He works professionally with the Indianapolis Colts and has a strong background in the world of football. As a Scouting Coordinator, Adrian determines whether or not the student athletes that reach out for help are the types of student athletes we like to work with - a gatekeeper in a sense. If Adrian likes what he see's, he reaches out to the family to learn more about the student athlete.

Cam Weeks is a NCAA compliant area scout in his second year with G.E.M. Class Recruiting. As one of the longest tenured scouts with G.E.M. Class, Coach Weeks has identified more than 500 student athletes that G.E.M. Class has helped earned a scholarship to play in college. He's one of the best at what he does.

Daniel Ouimet has had a passion for football from a young age and was a team captain in both football and track & field during high school. Despite being considered undersized, he used his speed, toughness, and work ethic to earn the opportunity to play collegiate football at the Division III level at University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where he played slot receiver and kick returner. His experience taught him the value of hard work, leadership, and finding ways to stand out beyond just size or measurables.

After college, Daniel coached high school football as a running backs coach, helping develop multiple All-Conference running backs while building strong relationships with his players. Although he is no longer coaching, his passion for the game and recruiting remains strong. As part of G.E.M. Class Recruiting, Daniel is committed to helping student-athletes gain exposure, connect with college coaches, and find opportunities to continue their athletic careers at the next level.

Norman Soren Jr. is a talent identifier and opportunity creator whose career has been built on one core strength: connecting the right people with the right mission.

Throughout his career, he has led and supported talent acquisition efforts across corporate recruiting, campus recruiting, executive search, leadership hiring, and national workforce strategy. From high-volume recruiting environments to specialized and senior-level searches, he has earned a reputation for combining relationship-driven recruiting with disciplined execution and results-oriented leadership.

Norman specializes in designing and leading recruiting strategies that attract top talent, enhance the candidate experience, and align hiring initiatives with organizational growth. Beyond recruiting, he is deeply passionate about helping young men discover, develop, and fulfill their God-given potential in every area of life.

His professional background includes recruiting and leadership roles with organizations such as the United States Navy, United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps, and the United States Naval Academy, where he developed expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing high-performing talent.

What distinguishes Norman is his ability to evaluate far more than a résumé. He looks for capability, character, coachability, leadership, and cultural fit. This perspective has served him well throughout his work in both corporate and military talent acquisition and continues to shape his mission today: helping young men navigate the path to college football and maximize their opportunities on and off the field.
